Leadership and Organizational Behavior An entrepreneur must not leave any stone unturned as to what is a resource to his or her business. All available resources must be found and researched thoroughly unto as what is the best resource for the situation. The article is an interesting article which reflects on how the author grew up and how his influences stirred him into the level of independent minded thinking with ones finances, personal life, and strategy with independent finances, saying that you have to be relied on in order to be effective with your own ambition being the financial point of your budget.

You have to be a very independent minded person to be reliable on your own inventiveness and your own ambition. It is almost scary thinking of having your finances being dependent on your own ambition and that you have to train yourself to stay innerly motivated. You have to train yourself to be dependent on with your own time schedule and you have to stay on top. The entrepreneur personality and life style of finances is not for everyone. Many cower from the dangers of relying on your own ability of ambition, strategy, work ethics, and how hard you work to being the normal punch clock job which is organized and you are told what to do.

Once your independent minded finances start to grow, you may start slowly being more and more relaxed with the situation of independent finances, but it is dangerous to rely specifically on your own self in order to balance your budget and rely on you working with your own ambition for finances rather than being told what to do all day by a company. The writer claims that women are not as good as networking and communicating, but that he grew up with his mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

They taught him to be independent and self motivated with his ambition. One theory the article suggests is that sports teams are the cause of men networking better than women. The theory that women are more independent minded, and men network and communicate better than women is a statement based on his entrepreneurial accomplishments. A mentor may be suggested. A self mentor is a professional at independent goal setting ambition. 2A mentor would be like a boss that keeps you motivated the entire day with your goals and what you want to accomplish told to you.

The art of self mentoring is based on self reliability. That women need mentors more than men is suggested in the article; that they need to learn to network within their own range of abilities and be more connective in the work force. Women often separatist themselves being financially beneficial to a marriage and are just taken care of by a man. This then puts the financial dependancy on one person. The woman then is separatist from financial obligation. Sometimes the woman relies on looks for a relationship and is dependent on the man for finances.

This happens quite often. Where women need mentors more often then men is that women are inspired by the motivation, the strategies, and the way that other people handle their lives burdens. This then inspires them to be more hard working and more ambitious on their own account. That a woman has a different personality than a man which is does not network as well with other and does and is more likely to have a mentor type relation to handling situations; seeing someone else do something and then copying them; is a systematic approach that may have been observed by the writer of the article.

Women are more raised, according to the opinions of the female writer, to believe someone is going to take care of them, so they then do not try as hard to be self reliant on their finances and work ambition. The system of a woman being taken care of systematically fails, with divorces on the rise. Very professional women it happens to, that want to be nurtured as their femininity and get married expecting the husband to take care of her. This then leads to a divorce. Divorces sometimes cause women to fall to poverty.

It even happens to very professional ambitious women. The divorce system is the women looking for a nurturer; someone to take care of her problems, 3falling short and collapsing. There is then the process of having children, which is a function of a woman according to some people is that; the man makes the money while the woman take care of the children. In modern times, a woman should try to have a strategy to being self dependent and reliant with their own lives. It is dangerous to want to just be taken care of because of financial arguments, and the problems that occur with the attempts for looking for someone to take care of you.

There should be a This article was a great take on the modern look at the function of women in society and their different abilities and strategies of reliance and survival. It shows the modern business aspect according to a woman and the transfer of abilities and strategy. According to the article, a man competes in finances better with the survival of the fittest outlook, while the woman looks to be nurtured and independent. This is not always the case; with some very professional independent women showing contradiction, but is a scenario in modern times that this article is a good reference toward.

Slocum, John, and Don Hellriegel. Organizational behavior. America: Cengage Learning. 1992. IllustratedABSTRACT:Womens role in business and the work force are sometimes not as connective compared to the work abilities of a man. This then makes the woman more of a dependent personality, where they want to rely on a man for their finances. The article is interesting and explains the role of women in the workforce and the sociological difference between them.
